HTC has been all over the Android smartphone market recently and has several handsets running the OS on the market. I am sure HTC is also getting new Android devices ready as we speak along with other manufacturers.

Samsung's first Android device got a hands-on by PhoneArena.com. Their impressions are definitely favorable, especially of the large and beautiful 3.2-inch capacitive AMOLED touchscreen with an ambient light sensor to regulate the screen brightness. myTouch 3G, the QWERTY-keyboardless phone, will run on T-Mobile 3G network. Going on sale now in Europe through Vodafone network, T-Mobile and HTC has not officially confirmed the availability or pricing of the Android powered myTouch 3G (aka "the HTC Magic").

TmoNews found some surveys that T-Mobile sent out to a few lucky customers. This survey is asking their opinion on potential names for the successor to the T-Mobile G1. Among the names are Sapphire, Magic, Dream, and others. They can't keep it simple with the logical succession of G2?

Huawei have apparently inked a deal with T-Mobile to launch the Chinese manufacturer’s first Android smartphone in Q3 2009. The Android Community blog wrote, the prototype they exhibited at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona last week will be among the first to arrive.
