Alltel have today rolled out three new handsets… well, new to them, anyway. As well as a red BlackBerry Pearl, there’s their own version of the LG Rumor, in this case called the Scoop, complete with slide-out keyboard, and a music-loving clamshell by Samsung called the Muse.

While the Pearl and Muse both have GPS, Bluetooth A2DP and 2-megapixel cameras, the Scoop lacks all that sat-nav loveliness and makes do with 1.3-megapixels. It does, however, have EvDO and, like the Pearl, a microSD slot.

The three handsets will be available in Q1 2008, but while the BlackBerry Pearl should cost $150 with a new two-year contract, the others are as-yet unpriced.
