Meanwhile, for those of you with smaller data ambitions, the original 8GB iPhone remains on sale for $399.

The news comes together with an addition to the iPod Touch range, in the shape of a 32GB model priced at $499. The 16GB and 8GB versions, priced at $399 and $299 respectively, remain available.
