AT&T launching Mobile TV with the LG Vu?

AT&T is rumored to launch a new mobile TV service in partnership with Qualcomm’s MediaFLO via the sleek and sexy LG Vu. RCR Wireless News reports that AT&T is going to launch the live broadcast service with two exclusive channels as early as February 5. Verizon offers eight non-exclusive live TV channels as part of its own deal with MediaFLO called V Cast TV.

I had my hopes up that AT&T would launch the LG CU920 or now called the LG Vu way back, but instead it was the Pantech Duo. The LG Vu is similar to the LG Prada, and expected to run on AT&T’s 3G network.
