AT&T is trying to move into the twenty-first century by offering a more interactive experience in their online store. They’re calling it their Online Experience Store, which allows customers to virtually touch and interact with products prior to purchasing them.

You are initially presented with a digital storefront that introduces the idea of 3D shopping. There are demos, tutorials and more for all areas of AT&T products including music, video and Web, phones and devices, messaging and email, and productivity.

There is even a simulation of a Microsoft Surface device. You can choose to view a guided tour of the new website or browse on your own. You are given the ability to explore the devices offered “hands on.” And while it’s nowhere near the actual experience of physically picking up a phone and testing it out, this is definitely an interesting way to get people more familiar with AT&T products.
