It looks like it's finally official. Virgin Mobile USA and Helio have reached a deal and the former has completely acquired the latter. SK Telecom and Earthlink, which are Helio shareholders have received 13 million shares of Virgin Mobile USA stock.

The Luminoso Lucido is yet another offering from Mobiado that's over-priced and lacks current top-of-the-line phone features. This model is very similar to the old Luminoso, except the case is a bit curved and stainless steel.
