Q2 Results for Verizon

Verizon announced its Q2 results yesterday and it was rather impressive. Verizon Wireless added on 1.5 million new subscribers and a 45.3% increase in data revenue, bringing the totals up to 68.7 million subscribers and $2.6 billion, respectively. Blackberry Enterprise Server Isn’t Secure

The Blackberry Attachment Service and PDF files are causing serious problems. Research in Motion (RIM) has noted a security issue within these services on the Blackberry Enterprise Server, that allowed hackers to penetrate the system with "malicious" code distributed through PDFs. AT&T Did Well in Q2 of 2008

This morning, AT&T announced growth in its wireless sector during their report on quarterly finances. In fact, AT&T experienced 1.3 million new subscribers in the last quarter alone, bringing the total up to 72.9 million.
