One of the most spectacular flops in the history of Blackberry smartphones would have to be the original Storm. We have been hearing grumblings a lot recently that has a new Storm 2 hitting the market soon.

The geeks over at CrackBerry have got their hands on a Storm 2 and given the handset prototype a through video groping for your enjoyment. The prototype devices look very much like the original Storm 2 and hopefully that is where the similarities end.

Initial impressions from the hands on use is that the SurePress touchscreen is better as is the onscreen typing feel. CrackBerry also points out that these are early prototypes and that newer versions of the device are already floating around somewhere.
