Even though we still have to wait awhile to actually see the BlackBerry Storm, it looks like Verizon is already jumping on the marketing bandwagon. An email campaign started today to hype up the device.

The email campaign doesn’t really reveal any new information or new images, for that matter. However, it does bring news of the device to a wider population. But didn’t you have to sign up to receive information on the device to begin with? It’s like getting the email sign up page emailed to you!
Even so, Verizon did indicate in the email that regular updates are to follow, so we’re probably going to be seeing a lot of publicity emails soon on behalf of the BlackBerry Storm that reveal just a tidbit of information at a time.
