When once looking at an art gallery display, I heard the phrase; “just because I don’t understand ‘it’; doesn’t make ‘it’ Art.” Does this theory also apply to ‘fashion’, as in this case, I think I’ve missed the point.

I will not be the first to admit that it is a true slice of fun and part of the whole point of international travel to pick up a knock off of some fashion icons clothes and / or accessories. A recent holiday saw me come back with double the luggage and no more pocket money. But there is a bargain when finding ‘that’ pair of jeans for $20 (when the ‘real’ ones are $400) and then there is just plain silly.
For around $120 you can pick up these Louis Vuitton inspired fakes. As pictured above, the so-called Imobile Phone V453 ditches the KIRF Motorola’s Aura circular display in favor of a clash of the play-school windows with Vuitton tapestry. Even with LED lights around the display, the point of the “always popular Louis Vuitton excess to Moto’s often imitated sense of style” is just lost on me.

These are just great cellphone accessories for LV buffs. And it’s nice to know that we can now mix fashion and gadgets, as cellphone accessories these days are getting more and more innovative, while maintaining their full functionality.
