Things up in Canada are turning pink, and it’s not just because of the cold weather.  Rogers Wireless have launched a pink version of the Sony Ericsson W580i, joining existing white and grey options and priced at $199.99, while TELUS have announced a pink BlackBerry Pearl 8130, $25 of every sale of which will go to the Rethink Breast Cancer charity.

The Sony Ericsson W850i Pink is most definitely an entertainment handset, with a 2-megapixel camera and xenon flash, 8GB memory card included if you sign a 3-year contract, HSDPA and Bluetooth A2DP.

If push-email is more your scene, you’ll be interested to hear that TELUS are selling the pink Pearl 8130 for $99.99, albeit with a massive 3-year contract; you can also get it SIM-free for $499.99.
