It seems like the Meizu M8 has been talked about relentlessly forever and besides a few screen shots of the device, we haven’t heard much else. But could a release date actually be on the horizon in the coming months? All indications point to yes.  

In fact, the Meizu M8 might be released this year. Geek IT Stores, a Taiwan-based retailer have announced they will be a distribution partner for the device. No date has been revealed but December is most likely the month it will make an appearance.

The Meizu M8 is set to be released in China first and then in India. Expected costs are Rs. 18,000 and Rs. 22,000 or $384 and $469 for the 8GB model. Just the 8GB model will be available when the M8 launches.
