The news back in February that release of the Dash Express GPS was delayed caused sobbing even audible over a thousand nose-to-bumper jam victims; hopefully the fact that it’s now, finally shipping to pre-order customers will be enough to calm them down. Dash had originally promised March 27th would be the new date for orders slipping out of the factory, but they’ve actually bested that by a whole day.

The GPRS/WiFi enabled Dash Express can receive routes and traffic updates wirelessly from a remote computer, using the company’s so-called Dash Network, with service charges ranging from $9.99 to $12.99 a month depending on contract length.
