Samsung Instinct update: louder Bluetooth, tweaked gauges

Samsung's Instinct has received its first software update, a little over a month since the handset itself launched on Sprint's network.  The update, which will be offered automatically as well as via manual install, contains only minor tweaks but does pave the way for a more significant upgrade promised for later on in the year.  continued »

BlackBerry Curve Sunset Coming Soon to T-Mobile

Q2 Results for Verizon

Verizon announced its Q2 results yesterday and it was rather impressive. Verizon Wireless added on 1.5 million new subscribers and a 45.3% increase in data revenue, bringing the totals up to 68.7 million subscribers and $2.6 billion, respectively. Blackberry Enterprise Server Isn’t Secure

The Blackberry Attachment Service and PDF files are causing serious problems. Research in Motion (RIM) has noted a security issue within these services on the Blackberry Enterprise Server, that allowed hackers to penetrate the system with "malicious" code distributed through PDFs.
