FCC approves LG GW600 smartphone

Worth Reading?

YesNo

The FCC is a source of never ending product leaks for us geeks to peruse. I particularly like when a product is leaked by the FCC and when you look at the documents that are available with the FCC images and specifications you find a request by the device maker to keep images confidential. I don’t think the FCC cares much about confidentiality.

The latest product outed by the FCC is the LG GW600 smartphone for AT&T. The user guide and some shots of the phone were offered up and the device has a full QWERTY keyboard, touchscreen, and a stylus.

I am not a fan of stylus touchscreen devices. Other features of the phone include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, proximity and light sensors, a 3-megapixel camera, and support for microSD cards. I will say the device isn’t particularly attractive.
