You probably all know about this age-old tip, but I thought it would be important to share again. You know how when your phone is close to your speakers and it makes that horrible buzzing sound? Well, GSM buzz can be a real nuisance, but you can do something about it.

Grab up some ferrite beads–you know those black donut-y looking things sent with TVs and cables? Place them around your speaker wires and they’ll block the interference. Now you can charge your cell phone on your desk and listen to music at the same time without hearing buzzy static every five minutes.

How I love cheap fixes to super annoying problems!
