   Should read “Gear Live GOES on to speculate that Apple will launch the Flash update simultaneously with the SDK becoming available, which Apple HAS stated will be before the end of February.”

   Gear Live is a single entity. Apple is a single entity. They require the SINGULAR form of verbs, not the plural.
   Try taking an English class one of these days. You need it.
