GSmart has taken the time to introduce a new touch friendly UI to Windows Mobile. They are calling it Touch Smart, and it is a new and intuitive, feature rich interface. The home screen is set up similar to the iPhone, with a home screen full of shortcut icons. The bottom of the screen holds four shortcuts. A list can be displayed by swiping your finger. The list has your 16 most used applications.

Apart from being remarkably sleek, this interface provides it’s worth in features and usability too. Everything comes down to what the user likes the best. Even the clock shown in this screen shot, can be customized to be an analog clock instead of digital. The middle of the screen is where most data and information is presented to the user.

GSmart will continue to provide options for the interface. If Smart Touch does not seem like your thing, then the original interface can be used instead. A version of the interface has been leaked in the Chinese version in Asia. GSmart reminds that those versions floating around are illegal and not fully functional.
