The HTC Touch Pro2 is officially coming to North America, as HTC’s Twitter feed confirmed. “What’s interesting isn’t that the phone’s headed our way, but that HTC used Twitter to announce it,” as CNET wrote.
The Touch Pro2 features a high-resolution 3.6-inch widescreen VGA display and large finger-friendly QWERTY keyboard. It also utilizes HTC’s latest TouchFLO 3D interface that has been more deeply integrated into a customized version of Windows Mobile 6.1.

It’s unfortunate htc always falls back to windows. Really nice phones, but Windows sucks a**. (I had a Diamond but took it back because it was so damn annoying to use). Even the Samsungs are more usable than these because of the stupid windows!
^unfortunately you don’t know anything about phones to tweak it or reflash it. People that don’t want to customize or go into hardcore cooking, shouldn’t even buy a phone with Windows Mobile on it. Go out and buy an iPhone, it works great out of the box, but I bet you that you will get bored of it fast.
