People that don't want to customize or go into hardcore cooking, shouldn't even buy a phone with Windows Mobile on it. Really nice phones, but Windows sucks a**. (I had a Diamond but took it back because it was so damn annoying to use). Even the Samsungs are more usable than these because of the stupid windows!
