Not a handset I’ve heard rumored so far, but this somewhat sturdy and sensible looking beast is the HTC Pharos, aka the P3470, an entry-level smartphone from the company. Running Windows Mobile 6 on Texas Instruments’ ageing OMAP 200MHz processor, it has 128MB of RAM, 2.5G Bluetooth 2.0 and GPS, but no WiFi.

Just to put it into context, the screen is 2.8-inches, meaning that lower section makes for quite a ‘chin’ on the handset. While the specifications might not set the world aflame, at least HTC have loaded on their TouchFLO interface.
We’ll bring you more details when we have them.
