HTC is expected to move its one-millionth unit of the Touch Diamond by the middle of the month. That’s pretty impressive considering the product just launched at the end of May. 

But that’s not all they have their sights on. In fact, HTC is focused on selling its two-millionth Touch Diamond by the end of the year. However, this may be a modest estimate with Taiwan handset industry insiders predicting between 2.5-3 million units sold at the end of 2008. 

HTC expects gross margins of 34-35% for the third quarter of the year.
