The HTC Touch Dual has arrived unlocked and is now available in the United States through Best Buy. The HTC Touch Dual combines an intuitive touch screen integrated with HTC’s TouchFLO technology and slide-out 20 keys keypad. In addition, the HTC Touch Dual is one of the first devices to feature Microsoft’s Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional software. The HTC Touch Dual is the predecessor of the original HTC Touch, a popular device which has sold 3 million units to date. The device will retail for approximately $549.

The HTC Touch Dual can be ordered through all Best Buy retail locations and online at www.BestBuy.com/unlocked, product will be available in select Best Buy Mobile locations as well.
Editor’s note: Unless you’re pressed to get a new unlocked smartphone, I’d wait because the price tag of $549 is hard to swallow. Keep in mind that the HTC Diamond is coming on the market soon and for another $200 or so you’ll get a state of the art smartphone! I’d be doing you a disservice if I didn’t inform you that the 3G (second-gen) iPhone is also right around the corner (June 9th-ish).
