The HTC Touch HD is everywhere lately and since the device’s official launch last week, new images have been popping up left and right. It will be released on O2 in Germany, so the people over at the::unwired got a chance to spend some hands on time with the device.

We’ve already discussed this device’s specs but for a bit of a refresher, the HTC Touch HD is to feature HTC TouchFLO 3D running on Windows Mobile 6.1 Pro. The 3.8″ touchscreen is WVGA plus a 5 megapixel camera is affixed to the back with auto focus. A second camera is front-facing and supports VGA.

The HTC Touch HD is a Qualcomm MSM7201a with 528MHz. It will support quadband GSM/GPRS/EDGE and dualband UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA. Wi-fi, Bluetooth 2.0, GPS and an FM radio are also included.

Additional features include 512MB ROM and 288 MB RAM, the latter of which can be added to via microSD cards. The HTC Touch HD is lightweight and no longer sports the D-Pad we’ve all grown accustomed to on Windows Mobile devices. Touchscreen has taken over, folks.
