Even though rumors have been flying around like mad, Sprint has kept mum about two of their most anticipated phones until now. The HTC Touch Diamond and the HTC Touch Pro finally have release dates and pricing information!

The Touch Diamond will cost $249.99 with a two year contract after a $100 mail-in rebate and will be released this month. The Touch Pro, will be released on October 19th and will cost $299.99 with a two year contract after a $100 mail-in rebate.

These two HTC models are pretty similar but there are a few stand out differences. For instance, the Touch Pro has a slide-out QWERTY keyboard and flash. However, both phones feature a 2.8-inch VGA touchscreen, WiFi and a 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus. They also have the HTC TouchFLO 3D GUI, which is clever and nice-looking though it can’t completely cover up all that’s wrong with Windows Mobile that lies beneath according to a Wall Street Journal journalist.
