A budget friendly phone, the Motorola EM330 was just released by AT&T! All this happening at the same time as iPhone was off talking about everything ‘3.0′.

Coinciding with ‘the’ Apple event and South by Southwest conference (SXSW), Motorola unveiled a new beauty. The brainy flip music phone the EM330 comes with SongID that can identify any song it hears wherever you are. Offering users the ability to listen to tunes on planes, this model also comes with 30MB of internal memory (with up to 2BG microSD), FM Radio tuner, dedicated music button, universal 3.5mm headphone jack, bluetooth over GSM 850/900/1800/1900, EDGE/GPRS Class 10.
The phone has been released while much of the world’s eyes were probably elsewhere. (Mine, were closed as it was sleeping time). Motorola chose to launch when many where off wondering what new treats are in store for Apple, or busy making the Network crash at the SXSW. This act of marketing madness I hope to think will be effective. Not everyone has an iPhone and people do like a little choice.
