I have often wondering exactly what the assembly lines of the factories where they build the gadgets we all know and love look like. I always thought it would be cool to watch you own iPhone get built. BMW does it with cars, so why not mobile phones?

What I had never thought of was exactly how AT&T sorts and ships all of those cases of iPhones from the factory to individual stores. I guess I had assumed that Apple handled all of the shipping and AT&T simply sat back and counted the money.

A video has turned up on YouTube that shows exactly what the AT&T distribution center looks like and shows hoards of the new iPhone 3G S making their way to shipping in time to get into the geeky hands of all those waiting in line tomorrow. The warehouse is freakin’ huge! Check out the video below.
