The iPhone Dev Team have once again proved their worth by Jailbreaking Apple’s Firmware 2.0 for the iPhone - yes, the firmware that won’t be officially launched until June.  The screenshot they provided - with a video apparently coming soon - shows apps running on the new firmware, which would normally require an as-yet-unawarded developer’s certificate.

iPhone Firmware 2.0 Jailbreak

Currently the Jailbreak only works with hacked activation iPhones, meaning AT&T users won’t be able to use it, but they’re promising a finessed version now that this proof-of-concept is confirmed.  We should also get a conclusive list of new functionality.
