It’s always interesting to see and hear how mobile carriers rank when it comes to customer service. After all, it is how these companies interact with their customers that inform any long-term opinions of their services, don’t you think?

That’s why the Wireless Contract Regional Customer Satisfaction Index Survey Volume 2 sent out by J.D. Power & Associates is so important. The survey showed what U.S. carriers had the best customer service as decided by 20,000 U.S. consumers. Participants were asked to rank their carrier based on several areas including brand image, call quality, cost, plan options, customer service and billing procedures.

The U.S. was broken up into six different regions for the study. Verizon Wireless performed the best in all areas today, except for the in Southwest, which T-Mobile dominated. This may not be breaking news, but it is always interesting to see how our mobile carriers are stacking up to the competition.
