Today’s touchscreen marvel is LG’s KF600, which has two displays - a normal one up top and a contextual touchscreen underneath it – as well as a slide-out numeric pad. It’s similar, indeed, to the LG Venus, launched on Verizon Wireless last year, but the KF600 is shipping in China, Mexico and Brazil and Turkey this month, then Asia and, apparently, the rest of the world next month.

The dual-displays are part of LG’s InteractPad concept, which aims to reduce menu overload and general button proliferation by giving task-linked controls that change throughout the interface.
With a 3-megapixel camera, 240×320 QVGA screen, PMP capabilities, EDGE and GPRS, USB and Bluetooth, the KF600 is pretty mid-range.
