Despite other launches today, LG has bee strangely reluctant to show off pictures of the KT610 it announced on Sunday; however, that’s just red rag to a tech bull in this business, and sent people scurrying off to dig up what they can on the HSDPA clamshell. S60.com tuned out to have a small image of the KT610, showing it to be, well, vaguely reminiscent of those digital dictionaries so popular in Asia. LG described the KT610 as being stylish and sleek in their press release, which makes me fear a little for their eyesight.

Still, you can’t argue too much with the guts of the thing: GPS, 3.6Mbps HSDPA and push-email are all good to have, and while it would be nice to see a VGA display like the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1, I guess we can make do with QVGA.
According to S60.com the LG KT610 will launch in May 2008
