Despite the fact that T-Mobile’s expecting a superphone from Samsung to hit their shelves within a few weeks here, that’s not going to stop them from introducing other touchscreen devices into the market. When it comes to the LG Sentio, and you see that the MSRP of the device for an out-right purchase is only $179.99, you can immediately tell that this isn’t going to be your next high-end mobile device. But, that’s not a bad thing at all.
T-Mobile today announced that the LG Sentio, a 3-inch touchscreen socially-centric device is available today, both online and in T-Mobile stores across the country. The Sentio features a full QWERTY keyboard of the virtual kind, and has an application pre-loaded on it called “Social Buzz” to make sure that you can keep in touch with all of your friends and family on your favorite social network, right from one app. You can also check your email and send picture meassages.
The Sentio will go for $69.99 on a new, two year contract, with a qualified data plan and after you send in a $50 mail-in rebate card. Or, you could go with the Even More Plus Plan, which will let you pay $9 per month for 20 months to pay off your phone.
