Live photos of the Blackberry 8350i for Nextel have just surfaced, now all can rejoice.  This version is not much of a change, just some cosmetic yellow accents here and there; otherwise it’s the same old device.  We have been hearing about this handset for the iDen network for a few months now.

This Blackberry will come with a 2.5mm headset jack rather than the traditional 3.5, the good news is, there will be an included 2.5 mm headset when you purchase this device. Other differences you might notice is the battery, no longer will it be the Curve battery, but this time the 8800-series battery.  The Push To Talk (PTT) key now also doubles as a convenience key.

Those of you who are use to the leather holster will be sadly disappointed; this model is shipping with a plastic holster instead. For some odd reason this handset is slightly different in size and by lightly I mean 2mm taller and 1mm thicker than the other Curves. It looks like we have our hands on another hardhat phone.
