While this may not be all that practical, the Mio Leap K1 phone combines features we’re growing accustomed to seeing in mobile devices–a quad-band cell phone and GPS–in a very unusual way. You see, on one side, the device has the cell phone with a 2-megapixel camera running on Windows Mobile 6.1 Pro. But on the other side is a GPS.

This probably would have been entirely possible with just one touchscreen. After all, both the phone and the GPS would essentially required the same components. But this takes a different approach and that could make it stand out.

What I like about it, is the Leap K1 manages to look slim even though it’s sporting two screens. Some clever design work was employed here, that’s for certain. And though it may be a bit impractical, it has certainly caught my attention!
