PhoneScoop points us to documents on FCC website showing us that Motorola’s W760r, an update to the V365 has FCC’s blessing. The W760r takes a clamshell form-factor very similar to the V365 with the addition of a stub antenna. It has WCDMA 850/1900 3G bands as well as the standard quad-band GSM/EDGE radios.

The camera has been upgraded to 2-megapixel with support for video recording. Other features include stereo Bluetooth, microSD card slot accepting card size up to 4GB.

At this point, Motorola has yet to official claim the W760r, but thanks to the images courtesy of FCC, we know this phone is heading to AT&T. Price and availability is forthcoming.
