The slim 15mm, touch sensitive flip i9 has been released by Motorola. Offered now through Sprint and previously through Boost Mobile.

The Motorola Stature i9 is available for $199 (as now available through Sprint) after $200 of savings and rebates if purchased on a 2 year agreement. The i9 has a 3.1 megapixel and 8x zoom auto-focus camera, bluetooth, GPS, microSD, speakerphone, use of Java applications as well as numerous downloadable applications, games, ringtones and wallpapers.

Technical information for the phone include is weighing only 4.7 ounces, while being only 4.1″ x 2.1″ x .59″ in size. Talk time available is 3 hours. The flip phone has a colorful external display. The model is listed as being “slim, stylish and fashionable” while combining direct connect services with advanced multimedia capabilities.
