Motorola MOTOROKR E8 Hands-on and demo

The Motorola ROKR E8 is no stranger to PhoneMag – our Vincent was handed one in New York today as part of Moto’s Holiday Gift Guide. Motorola has simplified the ROKR E8 navigation to allow user to make a quick switch between phone conversation and music playback – with only one touch.

The inclusion of haptics feedback technology is a nifty addition that might trick users that are used to physical button into thinking there’s really a button on the phone.

Other notable geatures includes Crystal Talk technology, 2-megapixel camera, 2GB of storage, and FastScroll wheel navigation (reminds me of the iPod wheel). ROKR E8 will hit retail soon and can be purchase from T-Mobile. No definite date and pricing yet at this moment. We’ll be posting our full review soon.
