I can confirm that it does include Crystal Talk. Using the device for calls side by side with the original black phone shows a consistent difference in call quality. It wasn't bad before. Now it's great. Still the best keypad of all the devices like this, too, better than the Bold and E71. The Q9h Global in Cannon Grey has more than just 6.1 and the colour as upgrades.
