Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd has launched Samsung Movies. The premium movie content delivery system that allows users to download then watch movies and TV shows; whenever, wherever.
Nick Turner-Samuels, Head of Content at Samsung Mobile UK says “We’re very excited to be able to provide existing and future customers access to their favourite movies and TV shows across a number of different Samsung platforms.” Samsung have opened the doors for customers to be able to buy or rent titles from their movies and TV show collection. This available through any compatible Samsung mobile phone, laptop or PC. The store is initially available in the UK and Germany. The rest of Europe will get a taste of the store later in the year.
The store utilizes the best from the Samsung product range such as the Ultra Touch. This featuring a 2.8″ Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode (AMOLED) full touch screen. The Ultra Touch also allows for more than 4 hours of continuous movie viewing on a full charge. Turner-Samuels says “Movies direct from the Hollywood Studios showcase our new Samsung touch screen phones such as the Samsung Ultra Touch with its industry leading high quality AMOLED screen.”
