Mozilla is working on two new UI varients for their Mozilla Mobile cellphone browser.  The two versions are intended for non-touchscreen devices, whereby a D-pad or other cursor control is used, and for non-stylus use with touchscreen devices, attempting to harness some of the finger-friendly navigation as seen on the iPhone.

Partial reference implementation, development wikis and more details are available here for the non-touchscreen version, and here for the non-stylus version.  They’re enthusiastic about receiving help and suggestions from the user and development community, which is always good to see.
