LiMo seem to be doing well pulling in major manufacturers to use their open-source Linux mobile OS; after Panasonic’s P905i yesterday, today we have the NEC N705i?.  It might not be as mobile TV focused as the Panasonic, but the N705i? is far more pocket-friendly: just 9.8mm thick yet still boasting a 3-inch 240 x 427 WQVGA display.

The N705i? also has HSDPA, a 2-megapixel camera and 190-minute talktime.  The outer display is an array of LEDs.  It weighs just 98g, overall measures 105 x 49 x 9.8mm, and will be available on the NTT DoCoMo network in Japan
