Niagara shows its face

The RIM BlackBerry 9630 Niagara has been snapped. Looking like the love child of BlackBerry’s Bold and the Curve with a secret relationship with CDMA connectivity, you have this little beauty.

The tap is dripping with leaks that the phone is a CDMA World Phone. From this, the BlackBerry would connect through Verizon Wireless while walking about the US (through EVDO Rev.A signals) as well as GSM. By having quad band GSM, the Niagara would support GPRS, EDGE and UMTS for super fast internet access.

Other allegations of phone features is a 3.2 megapixel camera. The full QWERTY keyboard features something I like already being the differentiation of keys by adding a splash of color. My (now outdated) BlackBerry 8310 is all dull with only grey and black keys. This was never really a problem until handing it to someone to make a call and they struggled to find the numbers camouflaged in between the lettering. A date, price, availability and all the serious things you really want (or need) to know about the RIM BlackBerry 9630 Niagara are coming!
