VoIP is all the rave now days, with the incredible success of services like Skype, it has been demonstrated there is some serious money to be made. On the PC, Skype dominates the market, but the mobile domain for VoIP, is relatively untouched. Even with Skype’s recent entrance into the world of mobile VoIP, the market just has not had wide spread adoption of the technology yet.

Nimbuzz is looking to change the with its entrant into the market. Nimbuzz has released its all in one application, which will bridge VoIP calling, conference calls, instant messaging, group chat, file sharing across multiple instant messaging platforms, including Skype, MSN, Google Talk, Yahoo!, AIM, Jabber and ICQ.

The application also supports file sharing across 23 social networks, include heavy hitters like MySpace and Facebook. Nimbuzz is supported on quite a few devices as well, supporting over 500 handsets. The VoIP application does not support quite that many, but still an impressive 90 devices are compatible. The download is free, but you will need a data plan to use it.
