After cashback, the model goes down to only $15. If you are looking for ‘just a phone that takes a photo’ or a backup, this one might be perfect. For that price on a prepaid model, can you really argue?

The phone offers a 1.8-inch display with a 128 x 128 resolution, Internet browsing options, Media Net interface and allows for IM chat features with Windows Live, Yahoo Messenger and AOL. Extras include MP3 ringtones, Bluetooth 2.0, a VGA camera and speakerphone. The 2600 also has GSM/EDGE and a lithium-ion battery that only supports three hours of talk time.
