Nokia RM-350 aka N79 passes through FCC

Many of us in North America are waiting for the Nokia N79 and it looks like it just took one more step toward release. The FCC just passed a device called the Nokia RM-350 and many are getting excited.

 

Not much information really to report, but we did get a picture of the N79 and a listing of all of the frequencies the device will support.

The good news? 3G will be supported by this Nokia handset. That will no doubt make many a mobile phone user happy. All of the other supported frequencies were annotated with a clear “Passed” note. Good news all around. Now we just have to wait for it to be released!
