OtterBox has extended its line of super protective Defender cases to new Palm products with the introduction of the Defender for the Treo Pro handset. The case has the same three-layer design as other Defender cases.

The first layer is a clear polycarbonate cover for the screen and camera and an optional PVC membrane for the keyboard. Layer two is a polycarbonate shell and layer three is a silicone skin to absorb shocks and bumps.

The case ships with a holster and a swivel clip. Overall dimensions of the case only are 4.79 x 2.74 x 0.89 and it weighs 1.75 ounces. Plugs are included to cover all ports and all functions of the device can be accessed and used with the case installed.
