It’s February, we’re in Barcelona, and that can only mean one thing: Mobile World Congress 2009 is about to start!  The PHONE Magazine team will be bringing you all the biggest news and announcements from the show, and while there have been plenty of leaks and pre-announcements in the run-up to Monday, we’re still expecting some significant news.

It’s also a chance to spend some hands-on time with the devices that we’ll be seeing rolled out over the next few months, like Samsung’s UltraTOUCH S8300 and the LG Arena KM900.  You can bet we’ll have the best galleries, live video and hands-on reports for you.
