Mobile phone users in Mexico who have been waiting to get their hands on the Palm Pre will be glad to hear that Telcel will offer the handset starting on November 27. The Pre for Mexico will be the same GSM/GPRS/EDGE handset already offered in the US.

That Dell Mini 3 smartphone we have been hearing so much about is set to debut in China and Brazil according to the Washington Post. The device is a touchscreen phone and it is rumored that it will show up in the US next year likely with AT&T.
T-Mobile has announced that the Samsung Behold II will be hitting stores on November 18. The handset will sport a 3.2-inch AMOLED screen, 5MP resolution, WiFi, 3G capability and more for $229.99 with a new service agreement.
