Redfly now supports Blackberry handsets

Celio Corp makes a product called the Redfly that is very much like the failed Palm Folio. The Redfly Mobile Companion allows smartphone users to access and manipulate data on their smartphones with a larger screen and keyboard.

The Redfly Mobile Companion is now compatible with Blackberry smartphones. The Blackberry compatible solution will be available for consumers in Q4 2009.

Two models of the Redfly device are offered — the C8N and the C7. Both have a large screen, QWERTY keyboards, up to 8 hours of battery life, and USB ports. The device has no OS and is reliant on the smartphone for processing power.
