Congratulations are due for RIM, who have not only beaten their original but their renewed Q4 2007 performance predictions, as well as posting healthy end-of-year financial results. The BlackBerry maker increased expectations of subscriber growth in Q4 from 1.8m to 2.1m; in fact, 2.18m new customers signed up. Similarly, Q4 revenue was estimated at $1.80-1.87bn, but actually clocked in at $1.88bn.
